Conducting an internal compliance audit on your RTO’s administration processes will give you a clear picture of the current state of compliance against the Standards for RTOs and effective use of your Student Management System. These internal audits are conducted to reflect ASQA’s student-centred approach to performance assessment and are a great way to remain “audit ready” or prepare for the re-registration of your RTO.
Your designated administration consultant and support team will conduct a comprehensive internal audit to assess the RTO's performance against the quality and regulatory standards. This is followed up with a comprehensive report.

Small Enterprise
(up to 100 students)

Simple RTOs with a single or online campus, limited staff and straightforward administrative structures, small scope of registration or single industry area, minimal reporting complexity.
Medium Enterprise
(101 to 500 students)
$4,400 (plus GST)
Approximately 2 to 4 weeks

Average sized RTO with one or more delivery locations, broader scope of registration across several industry areas, moderate staff numbers and mixed delivery modes (online/blended), more complex recordkeeping, data reporting and administrative workflows.
Large Enterprise
(501+ students)
$8,800 (plus GST)
Approximately 4 to 8 weeks or more

Large or multi-campus RTOs operating in multiple industry areas and extensive administrative teams, complex reporting and record management systems and/or state funding contracts, online RTOs with 501+ active students.
Complete this service with the implementation of an RTO Administration Support Package to allow for informed rectification works to support the RTO to address any issues identified in the audit.
