Who We Are
Coast Wide Training Solutions was founded in 2016 with a straightforward purpose: to provide RTOs with specialist support that is accurate, practical, and built on genuine sector experience. Collectively, our team has over 115 years in the VET sector across governance, compliance management, RTO administration, instructional design, curriculum development, and digital development roles, spanning small community providers through to large government-funded organisations. We understand how compliance obligations play out in the real world, and what it takes to get it right. Based on the East Coast of Australia, CWTS offers end-to-end capability that the broader market rarely delivers under one roof: regulatory audit support, compliance and quality management, RTO administration and operations, student management, assessment validation, curriculum development, and website builds.

The CWTS Team
What started as a single-person practice built around high-quality RTO resources has grown into a team of eight specialists covering compliance, administration, instructional design, curriculum development, and digital solutions.
Every person on this team has worked inside the VET sector. That is not a given in consultancy, and at CWTS, it makes all the difference.
