Case Study Analysis and Problem Solving in RTO Administration

Real compliance problems are rarely straightforward. They involve multiple systems, multiple stakeholders, and decisions that have consequences across the student journey. This unit builds your capacity to analyse complex administrative scenarios, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions — the kind of thinking that makes administrators truly effective.

Course Overview

Through structured case study analysis and root cause methodology, this unit develops your problem-solving skills in the context of RTO administration compliance. You will work through real-world scenarios covering enrolment, delivery, assessment, and data management, and learn how to present findings and drive change.
