Meet the Team

Jodie Almond

Owner & Principal VET Compliance Consultant

Jodie founded Coast Wide Training Solutions in 2016 on a straightforward premise: that RTOs deserve more than generic compliance advice. They deserve a strategic partner invested in building something that lasts. With over 20 years in the VET sector, she has guided RTOs through ASQA audits, re-registration, addition-to-scope applications, and comprehensive Quality Management System development, most recently leading clients through the transition to the 2025 Standards. Her experience spans the full breadth of the sector, from small community providers to large government-funded organisations, across training administration, compliance management, and senior RTO leadership. She leads a team of VET compliance consultants, RTO Administrators and student management professionals, instructional designers, and digital elearning and web developers, collectively focused on one outcome - RTOs that are compliant, capable, and built to endure.

Carolyn Willis

Senior VET Consultant - RTO Compliance

Caz brings over fifteen years of deep, hands-on compliance experience to the CWTS team. Meticulous by nature and with a genuine understanding of how compliance obligations play out differently depending on an RTO's size, scope, governance structure, and funding model, she has built a reputation as a consultant that clients genuinely rely on, and keep coming back to. Caz leads the compliance team at CWTS and has built numerous RTOs from the ground up, guiding them and many established providers through regulatory audits, scope additions, and re-registration, all with a strong track record of successful outcomes. She works with clients to build compliance systems that are robust, auditable, and sustainable - the kind that don't just pass an ASQA audit but continue to perform long after the auditor has left. Her referral rate speaks for itself. What Caz brings to CWTS clients is a rare combination of rigour and relationship. She is not the consultant who delivers a report and walks away. She stays, she follows through, and the systems she builds and implements become the foundation clients return to, which is exactly the standard CWTS holds itself to.

Tracy is one of those rare professionals whose career in vocational education and training stretches back to the 1990s - a depth that is simply not replicable. Over more than three decades, she has held senior leadership roles across small and large RTOs alike, including General Manager, Operations Manager, Compliance Manager, Training Manager, and Training Advisor. That breadth means Tracy has seen the VET sector from every angle: strategic, operational, compliance, and delivery. Tracy leads the digital development team at CWTS and brings a particular flair for the areas that catch many RTOs out: strategic RPL, assessment validation, and trainer and assessor competency. She has written extensively across the Transport and Logistics training package, developing learning and assessment materials that are both sector-specific and built to withstand regulatory scrutiny. At CWTS, Tracy brings that combination of strategic leadership, digital capability, and deep sector knowledge to every engagement, ensuring the organisations she works with are not just compliant today, but positioned to stay that way.

Amanda Pinkerton, VET Consultant RTO Administration at Coast Wide Training Solutions

Amanda Pinkerton

VET Consultant - RTO Administration

Amanda brings more than fifteen years of experience in the VET sector, grounded in the operational realities of small RTO management. In Administration and Operations Manager roles, she has worked in environments where the person responsible for administration is often also the person keeping the entire compliance and operational engine running smoothly; the kind of versatility that produces consultants who understand how everything connects. Amanda leads the RTO administration consulting team at CWTS and is the person clients call when they need someone to get in and get it done. Meticulous by nature and a methodical planner, she carries every engagement through from start to finish. Her multi-state funding knowledge, combined with deep hands-on expertise across student management systems including aXcelerate, eSkilled, VETtrak, and VASTO, means she understands not just how administration should work in theory but how it actually functions across different platforms, funding environments, and regulatory contexts. What Amanda brings to CWTS clients is rare; someone who is equally across compliance obligations and the operational systems that support them. She does not just advise, she plans, executes, and stays accountable until the job is done.

Rebecca Webber, VET Consultant RTO Compliance at Coast Wide Training Solutions

Rebecca Webber

VET Consultant - RTO Compliance

Rebecca brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the vocational education and training sector, having built her career across a breadth of roles within a Community Services RTO, from Training Facilitator and Disability Training Team Leader through to Resources Manager. That progression gave her a grounded, practical understanding of how RTOs actually operate from the inside out, and a compliance knowledge base that has only deepened since joining CWTS. Under Caz's leadership of the compliance team, Rebecca has developed into a consultant known for keeping clients fully accountable - warmly, but without compromise. She has a genuine flair for assessment validation, and what others find painstaking, Rebecca finds satisfying. That disposition makes her exceptionally good at it. Her clients appreciate that she does not tell them what to do; she lays out the roads as options and lets them choose their own path, while making sure every path she offers is one that will actually get them where they need to go. What Rebecca brings to CWTS clients is a combination of practical sector knowledge, compliance rigour, and a style of guidance that leaves clients feeling supported rather than directed. They come back because they trust her, and they trust her because she has never steered them wrong.

Jessie Graham, VET Consultant RTO Administration and aXcelerate specialist at Coast Wide Training Solutions

Jessie Graham

VET Consultant - RTO Administration

Jess entered the VET sector in 2021 and has not slowed down since. In a relatively short time, she has built a depth of practical knowledge across RTO administration that takes many consultants years longer to accumulate, spanning enrolment processes, compliance documentation, student records management, and the day-to-day systems that keep a training organisation running. At CWTS, Jess is the aXcelerate extraordinaire - the person the team and clients turn to when they need the system set up properly, optimised, or explained in a way that actually makes sense. Her knowledge of NSW Smart and Skilled is equally sharp, making her an invaluable resource for clients navigating the obligations and intricacies of state funded delivery. The RTO administration consulting team was built from Jess's vision, and that investment in the business is reflected in everything she does. What sets Jess apart is not just what she knows, but how she shows up. Fully invested in CWTS and genuinely committed to growing with it, she takes on every opportunity placed in front of her and delivers. She is a doer in the truest sense and her clients, her team, and the guides she has built along the way are the proof.

Sandra Diab, RTO Marketing and Digital Design Specialist and eLearning developer at Coast Wide Training Solutions

Sandra Diab

RTO Marketing & Digital Design Specialist

Sandra brings more than a decade of experience in the VET sector, including senior roles as a VET Programs Coordinator and Instructional Designer. That background gave her a deep understanding of how training content needs to look, feel and function for learners, for trainers, and for compliance purposes. It is a combination that is rare in digital development, and it informs everything she builds. Sandra's specialisation is eLearning development using the full Articulate suite, and her work is defined by an attention to detail that shows in every component she produces. Where others see complex, text-heavy content, Sandra sees an opportunity - to strip back the noise, identify what learners actually need, and convert it into a fully engaging digital experience that caters for all learning styles.  Her builds are varied, purposeful, and never templated for the sake of it. What Sandra brings to CWTS is a skill set that sits at the intersection of compliance knowledge and creative capability; someone who understands the sector she is designing for and has the technical expertise to bring that understanding to life. The result is eLearning that does not just meet the standard. It holds the learner's attention long enough to actually achieve it.

Kai McDonald-Webber, RTO Web and Digital Design Specialist at Coast Wide Training Solutions

Kai McDonald-Webber

RTO Web & Digital Design Specialist

Kai brings a creative background that sits well outside the typical VET sector profile, and that is precisely what makes him valuable to CWTS and its clients. Formally trained in digital art and interactive media, his technical foundations span 3D modelling, digital design, storyboarding, and production - the kind of visual and spatial thinking that translates directly into web design that is considered, purposeful, and genuinely well-built. Kai is the person behind the CWTS website, and behind the websites of many CWTS clients. Since joining in October 2024, he has built a growing portfolio of clean, professional RTO websites that do what a good website should: represent the organisation accurately, function without friction, and give learners and clients what they need from the moment they land on the page. What Kai offers is something the VET sector often lacks - a web designer who genuinely understands the RTO sector, marketing requirements and all of the compliance that goes with it. He knows what RTOs need to communicate, who they are communicating to, and how a website needs to work in our heavily regulated sector. He is early in his VET career, but he is not early in his craft. The work speaks for itself.
