This unit explores how the Standards for RTOs 2025 apply to day-to-day administration, with a focus on marketing and enrolment obligations, student support, training and assessment requirements, governance, and your role in maintaining compliance documentation and evidence.

  • Marketing and Enrolment Compliance - Accurate marketing obligations, pre-enrolment information requirements, LLND assessment, and enrolment documentation.

  • Student Support, Training and Completion - Support obligations, training and assessment requirements, completion processes, and certification under the AQF.

  • Governance and Your Role - Governance obligations, risk management, third-party arrangements, and the administrator's role in compliance documentation and evidence.


Assessment

This unit includes a self-marking knowledge quiz and written assignments marked by your specialist coach, our very own RTO Administration Consultant. Written assignments require you to apply your learning directly within your own RTO context.
