This unit covers the foundational principles of Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Improvement (CI) in RTO administration, including risk management frameworks, KPI monitoring, self-assessment practices, and strategies for evaluating and improving compliance performance.

Administration's Role in Quality Assurance - How administrators contribute to QA through accurate records, proactive monitoring, and evidence-based practice.
Risk Management in Practice - Using a Compliance Risk Register, risk rating methodologies, and strategies for managing identified risks.
KPIs and Performance Monitoring - Setting administrative KPIs, using data to monitor performance, and connecting KPIs to compliance outcomes.
Continuous Improvement Strategies - CI methodologies including PDCA, collecting and acting on feedback, conducting self-assessments, and building a culture of improvement.
Assessment
This unit includes a self-marking knowledge quiz and written assignments marked by your specialist coach, our very own RTO Administration Consultant. Written assignments require you to apply your learning directly within your own RTO context.
