Quality Assurance and Compliance Audit

A Comprehensive Approach

Conducting an internal compliance audit on your RTO operations will give you a clear picture of your current state of compliance against the standards for RTOs. These internal audits are conducted to reflect ASQA’s student-centred approach to performance assessment and are a great way to prepare for re-registration of your RTO. 

Your assigned compliance consultant and team will conduct a comprehensive internal audit to assess the RTO's compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements and provide you with a detailed report: 

Small Institution (up to 100 students): $4,000 

• Time Required: Approximately 1 to 2 weeks 

• Simple RTO with single or online campus, small scope or UoCs only in single industry area, limited staff and standard compliance requirements to review.

Medium Institution (101-500 students): $8,000 

• Time Required: Approximately 2 to 4 weeks 

• Average sized RTO with single campus, medium scope across selected industries, limited staff and various compliance requirements to review.

Large Institution (501+ students): $16,000 

• Time Required: Approximately 4 to 8 weeks or more 

• Complex RTO with multiple campuses, large scope across multiple or specialised industries, numerous staff and various compliance requirements to review. Also includes Online RTO with 500+ students 

Complete this service with the implementation of an RTO Compliance Support Package to allow for informed rectification works to support the RTO to address any issues identified in the audit.
