Build a strong foundation for working in health and community services with a coordinated suite of teaching, learning and assessment resources covering communication, diversity, and legal and ethical practice.
 
This three-unit cluster introduces key skills and knowledge for communicating effectively with clients, colleagues and other service providers, working respectfully with diverse people, and understanding the legal and ethical responsibilities that apply within support work.
 
Suitable for learners preparing to work across a range of Community Services and Care settings, the resources can be adapted for residential, home and community care environments.
