The CWTS Trainer and Assessor Satisfaction Survey is a fully editable, rebrand-ready form aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025. Designed for RTO managers and compliance officers responsible for collecting and acting on stakeholder feedback, it provides a structured framework for gathering meaningful feedback from the trainers and assessors who deliver your programs, giving your RTO an informed internal perspective on the quality of its operations, resources, assessment tools, and training environments.
 
Trainer and assessor feedback is one of the most underutilised quality inputs available to an RTO. The people delivering your training programs have direct, daily experience of whether your resources are fit for purpose, whether your systems support effective delivery, whether your facilities meet the needs of the training being conducted, and whether the administrative and compliance support they receive enables them to do their jobs well. Collecting that feedback systematically and acting on it gives your RTO an early warning system for quality issues that might not be visible from a management perspective until they surface in student outcomes, complaints, or audit findings.
 
This survey provides a consistent, auditable process for collecting trainer and assessor feedback as part of your broader evaluation and continuous improvement framework. It aligns to clauses 1.2 and 4.4 of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and was developed in conjunction with the Evaluation and Feedback Policy Procedure and the Student Satisfaction Survey.
