Training and assessment resources for RTOs delivering PUAEME008 Provide pain management to medically supervised first responders and emergency response personnel.
 
The resources cover the administration of restricted analgesics for pain management, including identifying the need for analgesia, accessing and preparing restricted pain relief, administering analgesics, performing casualty handovers and completing required documentation.
 
Developed for training personnel within emergency services, volunteer organisations and other organisations providing medically supervised first aid services, the resource suite supports consistent delivery and assessment of the unit.
