Support the delivery of disability support training with a coordinated suite of teaching, learning and assessment resources focused on strengths-based practice, community participation and effective disability support.
 
This three-unit cluster brings together key areas of practice for disability support workers, including supporting ongoing skills development, promoting community participation and social inclusion, and working effectively within disability support environments.
 
Suitable for learners and workers across disability and community services, the resources can be adapted for different service contexts, including residential, home and community-based support.
