A comprehensive suite of teaching, learning and assessment resources for RTOs delivering WHS and low-risk car driving training within the Transport and Logistics industry.
The resources cover WHS procedures and low-risk driving strategies for operating a car using higher-order driving skills. Content includes hazard perception, risk control, judgement, decision-making, communication, vehicle management and multi-tasking across a range of light vehicle driving situations.
Training materials include operating light vehicles on rural and urban roads, negotiating hazards, monitoring traffic, managing vehicle performance and applying steering and braking techniques across different road and traffic conditions. The fully editable resources can be adapted to suit specific commercial light vehicle driving occupations.
