Your enrolment form is the foundation of your student record. Every piece of information your RTO is required to collect, from USI and personal details through to LLN indicators, funding eligibility, and pre-existing injury declarations, must be captured accurately at the point of enrolment. An enrolment form that is missing required fields, collecting information inconsistently, or failing to obtain the declarations and consents your RTO needs creates data quality problems that flow through to AVETMISS reporting, student support obligations, and audit evidence. Identifying and correcting those gaps through a systematic review process is significantly less costly than discovering them during an ASQA audit or at annual reporting time.
