The CWTS Quality Indicator Annual Summary is a fully editable, rebrand-ready form aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025. Designed for RTO compliance officers, quality managers, and administrators responsible for managing the annual quality indicator submission, it provides a structured framework for consolidating learner engagement and employer satisfaction survey data before online lodgement with ASQA.
Quality indicator reporting is a mandatory annual obligation for all RTOs, and the data your RTO submits tells ASQA something meaningful about the quality of your training and assessment outcomes. RTOs that leave data collection until the weeks before the 30 June deadline consistently submit lower-quality information, because the surveys have not been distributed systematically, response rates are low, and the data has not been reviewed or analysed before lodgement. A structured summary process that begins early in the collection cycle produces data that is more accurate, more representative, and more useful as a continuous improvement input.
This form provides a consistent, auditable process for collating and reviewing quality indicator data prior to submission. It aligns to the Standards for RTOs 2025 and was developed in conjunction with the Quality Indicator Reporting Policy Procedure and the Evaluation and Feedback Policy Procedure.
