The CWTS Staff Leave Application is a fully editable, rebrand-ready form aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025. Designed for RTO staff at all levels and the managers responsible for approving and recording leave, it provides a consistent, documented process for submitting and authorising leave requests across all leave types applicable to your RTO's employment arrangements.
Documented leave management is a staff records obligation that connects directly to your RTO's broader human resources compliance framework. Without a consistent process for recording leave applications and approvals, your RTO cannot maintain accurate staff records, manage trainer and assessor availability effectively, or demonstrate to ASQA that its workforce management practices are structured and auditable.
