Student Satisfaction Survey FORM

The CWTS Student Satisfaction Survey is a fully editable, rebrand-ready form aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025. Designed for RTO administrators, compliance officers, and quality managers responsible for collecting and acting on student feedback, it provides a structured framework for gathering meaningful responses from students about their experience of your RTO's training delivery, resources, facilities, support services, and the conduct of the trainers and assessors they work with.
 
Student feedback is a quality indicator obligation and a continuous improvement input that your RTO cannot afford to treat as a formality. The feedback your students provide about their learning experience tells your RTO something that internal monitoring cannot: whether the training they are receiving is genuinely meeting their needs, whether the support they have access to is adequate, and whether the conduct of your trainers and assessors reflects the professional standards your RTO is committed to maintaining. RTOs that collect student feedback systematically, analyse it honestly, and demonstrate that they have acted on what it tells them are meeting both the letter and the intent of their self-assurance obligations under the Standards for RTOs 2025.
 
This survey provides a consistent, auditable process for collecting student feedback as part of your broader evaluation and continuous improvement framework. It aligns to clauses 1.2, 2.7, and 4.4 of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and was developed in conjunction with the Evaluation and Feedback Policy Procedure and the Trainer and Assessor Satisfaction Survey.
