The CWTS Letter of Acceptance Template is a fully editable, rebrand-ready template aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025. Designed for RTO administrators and student services staff responsible for confirming student enrolments and communicating program details to new students, it provides a structured framework for issuing a formal written confirmation to successfully enrolled students that documents the key details of their course, establishes the terms of their enrolment, and meets your RTO's pre-commencement information obligations under the Standards for RTOs 2025.
 
A Letter of Acceptance is more than a courtesy communication. It is the formal record that confirms a student's enrolment has been accepted, documents the program details your RTO has committed to delivering, and provides the student with the information they need to commence their training with clarity about what to expect. The Standards for RTOs 2025 require that students receive accurate, complete information about their training program before they commence, and the Letter of Acceptance is the primary vehicle through which many of those information obligations are met at the point of enrolment confirmation. A letter that is inconsistent with your enrolment form, your TAS, or your published program information creates a discrepancy that is difficult to manage if a student later disputes what they were told at the outset.
 
This template provides a consistent, auditable framework for enrolment confirmation communications across all programs and student cohorts your RTO services. It aligns to clauses 2.1 and 2.2 of the Standards for RTOs 2025 and was developed in conjunction with the Student Enrolment Policy Procedure, Student Information Policy Procedure, and Enrolment Application Form. Fee summary and payment arrangement confirmation section
